The Commission has scheduled the next auction of vacant FM commercial allotments to be held September 1, 2009.

 Based upon the inventory list provided, dLR has calculated the approximate service contours for each vacant allotment.  These contours are sorted by state and U.S. territory from the pull-down box shown below.  These contours assume uniform terrain in all radial directions and should only be considered as informational.  It is recommended that prior to any auction bid on an allotment, further research by a technical consultant and communications attorney be completed.
